Meatless Classic Cookout Burger

300 calories | 22g fat | 7g carbs | 3g fiber | 20g protein

  • 1 patty Beyond Meat Burger (or any "veggie" burger patty of your choice)
  • 1 small Yellow onion
  • 1 Iceberg lettuce
  1. Just like beef, defrost burger patties & start up the grill!

  2. Slice onion into rings about 1/4 inch thick. Set out on aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray. We use <a href=" “>Pam Organic Olive Oil cooking spray to add some extra flavor without any added calories.
  3. Place onions & “burger” patty on the grill. Since they are both made out of plants, cooking time is very similar.

  4. Assemble burger with veggies & sauces. Try adding fresh avocado, tomatoes, pickles, or <a href=" “>Daiya Pepperjack.
